In Ontario, approximately 7,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur annually, with a survival rate of less than 10%.( Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada ) Immediate CPR can double or triple survival rates. Given that survival rates decrease by 7-10% for every minute without intervention, learning CPR is crucial for increasing survival chances in cardiac emergencies.

We offer certifications in CPR, first aid, AED training, and workplace safety. All certifications meet national and international standards.

Please bring a valid photo ID, comfortable clothing, and water. All training materials will be provided.

Certifications are valid for 2–3 years, depending on the course. Renewal options are available.
